How it works:
Every weekday you log on to find the new dance video to practise through the day, providing a source of enriched, coordinated whole body movement
to break up periods of sitting.
Every Friday you join the online live session to dance for 10 minutes
using moves learnt during the week.
Choose "Dance sitting" if you have mobility issues.
